They manufacture whatever type of design using ceramics, whether it is their own or a particular request by a client. 

In their factory they receive the raw materials, that is, the biscuits of fired clay at 1040ºC, the enamels and the high quality colours which cover… a wide range. Once they have received them, they manually process them as it has been done traditionally since the 14th and 15th centuries. 

Their technique consists of enamelling with a fine layer of glazing material the piece, and then decorating it with different colours on top of this layer. For the past 30 years, Cerámica Artística Hermanos Brenes has worked in the mastering of this technique to achieve unique designs completely hand-made. The process is carried out with no type of mechanization. Everything is manufactured and decorated by hand, from the moment the material enters the workshop until the final product leaves it. 

They specialize in the manufacture of decorated tiles of different sizes to use them as wall finishings. However, they also manufacture other pieces such as balusters, fountains, etc. They have elaborated socles for dwellings and courtyards; decorative borders for bathrooms and kitchens; white hand-painted enamelling; façades for dwellings; balusters following their own designs; ornamental fountains; staircases, with tailored risers; restoration of old pieces; murals and ceramic altarpieces, among others.
