Emilio José Antoñanzas Alcalde has since 1999 continued the joinery business passed on to him by his father, Emilio Antoñanzas Milagro.

The firm goes back to 1963 and has always done craft work with a highly specialised workforce, trained in the workshop. This basis has allowed… them, always working with their clients, to produce work of exquisite craftsmanship, maintaining the basic principles of joinery and cabinetry: woods of the best quality and highly skilled manual labour.

The work they do involves mostly domestic furnishings for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms, exterior and interior doors, staircases and special furniture. As to their techniques, in addition to manual tools they use the joinery machinery that is now indispensable, and have, for example, introduced a semi-automatic multipurpose lathe for making their own turned models for balustrades as well as for reproducing antique models in restoration work.
