Pedro Pablo García Primo
ACTIVITY
Pedro Pablo García Primo is a Master Stonemason. He has spent the past 24 years working with stone and is part of the Heritage Brigade of the Town Council in León.
He uses traditional techniques and manual tools except for on certain occasions. He works with… stone from the very moment when it is cut until the elaboration of the piece, mastering both its stereotomy and its placing. He also carries out restoration works, works with marble and sculpture.
TRAINING
Historic Restoration Centre in León.
Among his masters, the most important one was Amador Bouzas Pato, who started him in the craft.
At the School/Workshop he also had the chance to learn from the masters Enrique Rabasa, Miguel Sobrino, Giusseppe Fallacara, José Carlos Palacios and others.
TEACHING
Since 2002 he has given classes in masonry, stereotomy, stone carving and sculpture techniques at the Centre of Crafts in León.

Assembly of the Roman Museum in León (interpretation centre).
Restoration works at the Cathedral of San Salvador in Zaragoza.
