UNICMALL is a family business set up in 1960 to carry out the manufacture of quicklime at a small scale in the island of Majorca. 

The demands of the current market have made UNICMALL become specialists in the process of slaking lime (its hydration), where calcium… oxide – resulting from the calcination of lime – is transformed into hydroxide. For that purpose, they have in their installations a complete system of deposits, enabling them to manufacture lime putty of the highest quality and purity. Their experience and knowledge, transmitted from one generation to the next, together with the continuous research they carry out, has enabled them for over three decades to elaborate lime mortars for their different uses and applications with a large variety of textures and colours. 

The use of natural materials, together with architectural design are key to create a home with a good air quality, with finishings free from emissions, breathable, avoiding water vapour condensations and obtaining a good performance regarding humidity and a fungicidal finish to avoid the troubles which can arise from the sick building syndrome.
