ACTIVITY
Anxo carries out all kinds of carving of stone works, as well as its subsequent placement.
When it comes to sculpture he carries out the entire process: modelling, casting and carving.
He uses all sorts of stones: granites, sandstones, limestones…
TRAINING
Anxo started at the age of 17 carrying out masonry courses in various schools/workshops, in a school for stonemasons, and working in various masonry workshops such as the one in A Guarda (1986), the one in Baiona (1989) and the Escola de Canteiros in Poio… (1993).
He acquired the vast majority of his experience through the practice of the craft.
