ACTIVITY
Ruarte makes all sorts of Mudéjar-style wooden ceilings as well as roofs, doors, staircases and furniture in general, using solid woods of all kinds as well as engineered woods. They have a young but highly qualified team, able to develop and design projects and also… to produce woodwork and to install it in situ.
The firm, called Ruarte Contract, was founded in 1989 by Jesús Ruiz Galán, who had previously worked in furniture-making. In recent years Ruarte has enjoyed wide recognition with several awards, such as the Innovation Prize given by the Madrid Region Furniture and Related Product Manufacturing Association (AFAMID).
TRAINING
Its staff have learnt the trade from years of experience and from the master craftsman Jesús Ruiz from Sonseca.
