Calle San Pascual nº 4 – 46117 Bétera
Building of traditional Catalan timbrel vaults with over 25 years’ experience in restoration and new construction. Salvador is also a specialist in all forms of staircase (straight or helical). He builds rounded domes, sail vaults, groin vaults, ribbed vaults, barrel vaults and domed or irregular… vaulting.
He erects most of his vaults with no falsework, with only guide lines to help maintain the curvature, thereby reducing cost.
Vaults may be built with various masonry styles and custom designs suited to the taste of each client (vaults as garden pergolas, wine cellars, fireplaces, decorative bottle racks, curved shelving, ornamental brickwork, benches, etc.).
Master’s diploma in timbrel vault staircases, with three years of study in Valencia.
Continuing training at the Valencia Polytechnic University. Practical classes on timbrel vault construction.
Salvador has had more than 10 apprentices over 15 years. All have trained with him for more than 5 years.
