Zuriñe Urbeltz has been a blacksmith and a teacher at the School of Arts in Pamplona since 2005. 

She has carried out many forging works, both functional objects for construction (fences, handrails, etc.) and sculptures. 

However, currently she is focussed on teaching, giving class at the Ciclo… de Grado Superior de Escultura at the School of Arts in Pamplona, within the speciality of forging, which consists of an annual module where the students have 180 hours to learn the techniques of the craft, the handling of the traditional tools of the workshop and also some current techniques such as electrical welding or plasma cutting.

On the other hand, Zuriñe takes part in the organization of different blacksmith get-togethers, since she is a member of the Consejo del Hierro.
