The passion for this profession arises from tradition, from the tradition of the business itself, which has been dedicated to the craft for over 75 years, with several generations dedicated to the design and manufacture of hand-painted Sevillian tiling. The tradition of this profession, whose… origins go back to the well-known neighbourhood of Triana, has a key principle: these tiles are, and must be, painted by hand, as their ultimate aim is to achieve quality, originality and tradition. 

In their production line there is no machinery as they have always wanted to be respectful and proud of the profession their family decided to dedicate their life to since 1939. They receive both curious people who want to know how they work and their clients in their facilities, so they are all able to see first-hand how the authentic hand-made Sevillian tile is manufactured.

They have the commitment not only to manufacture a vast range of tiles within the catalogue but to be able – together with their clients – to manufacture personalized designs which are one-off unique pieces.

They combine the use of versatile techniques (cuerda seca, painting on glass, etc…) and a wide range of enamels they manufacture themselves, without forgetting that the final result of their work wouldn’t be possible without the greatest value they have as a business: the team of professionals behind each creation (artisanal tiling, socles, decorative borders, murals, numbers and letters…).
